Corsa Exhaust
I'm thinking that when i get my trans am that i would put the Corsa Exhaust instead of the loudmouth. Does anyone know of a system that sounds like Corsa but is cheaper, damn system is expensive. Or any comments on the Corsa system. Thanks for any comments or suggestions

Just listening to sound clips, I dont personally like corsa. As for the loudmouth, I heard it in person and wasn't impressed. The majority on here like Borla, True duals, and the Hooker catback. IMO flowmaster sounds awesome w/LT's or no cats, and the GMMG sounds even better stock, or w/LT's.

Corsa is the only one that i've heard that when you rev it, it doesn't have that rattling sound when the rpm's drop. If they do have it, its not like the loudmouth which i know will get annoying after awhile. What are kooks by the way?

Really no other system sounds like Corsa save for Corsa. I really like the sound of the Corsa muffler especially when I combined it with my CME tips. It really deepens the sound and makes it very distinctive compared to other Corsa's i've heard. With highflow cats and the flowmaster merge collector it is a really deep burble at idle, mid and part throttle is nice and deep with no rasp at any rpms. Anything above 4000rpms it really opens up and screams with the Corsa exhaust note. When I ran it with an ORY it was very throaty and rasped a good bit from 22-2800rpms but was very loud and mean. Got lots of attention especially at WOT as it was insanely loud. Overall the sound with cats is cleaner and more refined and I like it but I am leaving power on the table by running them.

Keep your eyes open for a used system on the for sale section here and on Ebay. Corsa is big $$ especially when you go with the Premimum Tips for just a catback. The sad thing is you can get a $250 Hooker Catback and get the same power gains that the Corsa will give and you will also save $400 for other mods. But if the Corsa sound is what you want you're gonna have to pay for it.
