Default good tuner in NJ/pa?

First, is my 99 silverado pcm able to be tuned with ls1edit or hp tuners. I'm not sure if the trucks and cars are different in that regard. It will soon have a 6.0( new block) ,stock crank, 6.125 rods, ross forged pistons( dished for boost), stock lq4 heads, comp xr269 cam, comp valve train, intercooled procharger (15lbs) , 700r4, 4.10 gears, shortie header, no cats, raven duals outlet muffler and some other stuff I'm sure to be forgetting. Anyway I need to find someone who can tune this thing right in NJ or PA. Any suggestions would be appreciated as well as suggestions on my set-up. The stock 4.8 with 8lbs of boost through a 5 spd went a best of 13.70. I'm hoping to see a 12 second pass with the new motor.

Another vote for Mikey at Rapid! He knows his LS1's very well and works wonders with tuning. He is a very nice personal fellow that goes above and beyond to help his customers. Very recommended. He is a sponsor and his link is to the right hand side of the page.

Mike charged me ~$400 for the tune and $160 for the dyno. Pretty much standard.

$560 for a dyno tune is standard?? Wow. I'd want free lifetime re-tunes with that. Vette Doc's here on Long island is $299 for an LS1edit dyno tune. Retunes are like $125-$150.
