turbo hatchback civic walks on 03 cobra

turbo hatchback civic walks on 03 cobra another night out here in miami and it had been rainning all day. it finally stops at around 6pm. i was thinking the scene was going to be dead, but i went out at 10pm anyways to see what went down. sure enough there are plenty of mustangs and a few fbodies. we hungout for about 3hrs just talking **** and finally a hatchback civic pulls up looking really clean with full interior. he gets out of the car and tells his passenger to go over where the mustangs are and set up a race. nobody took this kid serioulsy from looking at the civic, but we tried to make him race a neon srt4 and he said that he didnt come by to waste his time and that he wanted to run something strong. he points at one of the cobras here in the hangout and we go on to tell him what this red 03 cobra had. ( pulley, x pipe, cat back, stock manifolds, diablo sport predator. thats about it i think) he said that it was ok and to go on and meet him at the place where he wanted to run.
first race, from a 15mph roll they both punched it and the cobra jumps in front, but next thing you know the civic just dumps nasty amounts of black smoke and flies by the cobra. i am was like wdf?? they kept going til about 120 and then the cobra reels him in at about 130mph.
second race was from about 40mph. they both hit it and they stayed next to each other but the same thing happened and the civic just dumped diesel type fumes and was able to pull 2-3 cars on the cobra..
freaking insane civic and nobody thought it was that nasty. from what we heard after the race is that he had a honda crv motor swap with a greddy turbo. nobody knew for sure, but we did know for sure how nasty that thing moved.

Lots of those suckers down here, hopefully I get some vids on tape of them killing ls1s/mustangs, its pretty funny. The fast one I think is a CRVTEC with lots of boost and race gas making around 450whp, pretty sick....

glad ricers up here aren't that smart yet. you guys didn't notice a FMIC? Thats the first thing I always check. If you running massive boost you generally have a FMIC or the worlds largest ALCHY shot if ur running high boost w/out a FMIC. Do I smell race gas?

I know quit a few of these nasty *** civic and hatchbacks down here in Southern Califa. I know this one guy that has a B20 with a built bottom end and 24psi of boost i think he has a shot of nitrous 2. It is in a hatchback i think i was running consistant 10.70s 1/4 miles 
. Oh and this is a street car. He is the Top dog here in BALDWIN PARK. No one will step up 2 him no F-BODYS, STANGS or fellow Hondas

Either way at the end of the day civic's are just ....gay.
Sorry, but I am just so sick of the whole F&F thing. Especially the wanna be pimps driving them around with their seat way back, arm unneccesarily extended perfectly straight to the steering, head cocked to the side with a tilted hat and mad beats booming, lol. let em make their pimpin go karts as quick as they want. Might as well strap a blown NOS'd Turbo'd N' Ho'd briggs n Stratten to a skateboard...who cares.

Yeah the primer gray one? I have raced him a few times and beat him but that green one would hand it to me im sure. I dont think I am going to make it saturday just friday but I am not sure. I'll see ya around.

Come to texas with a mid 10 civic and you will get your *** handed to ya! Houston has some of the fastest street LS1`s around. Mid 10`s isn`t **** anymore!! With all the big strokers and spray its nothing to see a high 9 sec driving around!
