Default broke car

first of not sure if this is the right forum. sorry if it isn't. well i had this anoying ping/knock/rubbing sound coming out of my right bank head. found a couple bent push rods changed them no change so last night i pulled the intake and holy crap there was a **** load of carbom build up in the intake. looked at the valves and the runners were half covered in the same thing. i mean this stuff was caked on. so i'm going to pull the heads today and clean them up. hopefully all that noise was just a stickey valve. my question is has anyone ever had that happen from spraying? i ran engine top cleaner through it but maybe i need two cans instead of one. the noise was kind os a rubbing noise so since i'm going to have it apart im changing lifters and rocker arms i already have a cam and heads done to it. so i'm prepareing for some busted up knuckles tonight. i going to arp head studs and one have problems puttinr the pass side head back on with these while the engine is still in the car? or would arp head bolts be better. also anyone know the torque specs for the head studs bolts? thanks guys and gals eric. hopefully this weekend i can do this again and not this

if you live close to charlotte motor speedway come by my work and we could run my top end cleaner through. we have a bottle that feeds it slowly and does a great job. i have my intake off right now and looked at the valves and in the chamber and there is ZERO build up with 50000 miles on the car

well im about 4 hours from charolette. i tried that cleaner but there was so much in there it didn't take much of it out. i pulled the heads off today and the piston head and cc was caked. i was shaving it of them. the car only has 54000 miles on it. but it's been sprayed a few times. i'll try and take some pics of it.
