I have the Sportlines with Strano-tuned Bilstiens and couldn't be happier. I don't daily-drive my car, tho...

You will have clearance issues. I am putting my stock springs back on for drag racing.

Sorry but a slammed Fbody looks like rice.

Lowered just enough to tuck those tires in out of the 4x4 look........is nice, that's all I did.

Ricers are slammed , muscle cars aren't.

I think slammed F-Bodies look great. It's just other things like some of the body kits out there that look like rice to me.

when i redo the suspension, im going with the QA1's, front springs/shocks and rear shocks, keep the stock rear springs, give it a bit of an angle, i like that, front down, back up

If you get a 12 bolt rear end the *** end will be just a tad higher. Like mine

Everyone does have their opinion and that's mine. Lowered is one thing, slammed is another.

Really? Considering it's a loosley used, slang automotive term....that means the same thing.........Maybe you're thinking bagged???? In that case I would have to agree with you. I agree that older school muscle should have that muscular, beefy stance (ie....stock), but the 4th gens are modern street machines that beg to be "lowered".

Oh, and....

Ricers are slammed , muscle cars aren't.

I have the Sportlines & Bilsteins on my '98 SS anf the car looks great. There are some clearance problems, but nothing too major. Car handles great. I have 18 x 9 all around...no problems either.

Mine has sort of a 'raked' look to it... the front tucks the tires right under the fenders The back still has several inches of clearance. With the stock exhaust I have a few scrapes on the Y-pipe and a spot on the bottom of the flange where the driver's side Cat is at all well. Nothing major at all though... all cosmetic. I'm about to install a set of Pacesetter LT's and a custom 2.5" dual exhaust. I'm confident that I'll be able to have the exhaust fabbed so that it doesn't scrape too bad. The only thing that I really drag is the air deflector and that doesn't happen too often. It's well worth all of the compliments I get on it

You may be able to get an idea of how it sits with this pic.

That looks clean SupahRich. My buddy has a sunset orange WS6 and it sits like yours.
