Default Can you tell me what's wrong? (video)

Here's a vid of what my car has been doing. What does it look like to you? This is one of the few times it actually started when I turned the key, it took several minutes of trying to get it to start before hand.

When the lights flicker and the guage moves like that it's usually an indication that the voltage regulator is shot. It is internal to the alternator so it looks like it's time for an alternator. Before you do that though, make sure the battery connections are clean and tight, check your grounds, and check the connectors. If all of that is good, get an alternator.

Everything he said, plus make sure your belt isn't slipping. It would have been nice to also see the tach to see if there was any surging. Do you have a low surging Idle?

All the alternators I saw while looking up parts were 120 amps. I think that's the stock rating.
