Z06 Wheels
I know you guys see posts about the Z06 wheels almost everyday and it's the same thing but I am getting mixed stories people are telling me to get +56mm offset all the way around and some people told me get +53mm and telling me +50mm will stick out a little. But I've read on here that everyone wants +50mm offset I am getting 18x10.5's with 295's in the back and 9.5's with 275's in the front. What offset is the best to get?
I found a site that sells +50mm Z06 rims http://www.wheelreplicas.com/z06.htm
Thanks,
Chris

Whoa, before you go paying 700$+ for those, check out eBay. Im pickin' up a silver set for 359$ with a stock offset of 56mm. You can also get polished for, I think, 429$ and Chrome for 569$? Don't remember if thats exactly right, but same wheels, much cheaper.
Regarding offset, our stock (i'm almost certain) is +56mm. The higher the positive number offset, the closer in the wheel will be to the inside of the car (sorry if this is way obvious ) But, try this, I don't know if it will give a totally accurate representation, maybe someone else will vouch?
Get a ruler and place it on your tire. If you're looking at a 50mm offset and your stock is 56mm, just visualize the wheel sticking out 6mm. lol.. maybe its worth a shot?

Z06 Corvette Replicas on a Camaro:
17"x9.5" +50 to +56 mm no problems. 275/40R17.
18"x9.5" +50 to +56 mm 275/35R18 or 285/35R18.
18"x10.5" +50 to +53 mm. Higher than 53 mm will require the BFH mod. 285/35R18s thru 315/30R18. Over 295 may require rolling the fenderlip and will need the BFH.

I bought 17" chrome z06's 9.5's and 56 mm i believe all the way around..not positive on the 56 but im pretty sure...they have no problem fitting, the front wheels are pretty close to the control arm, but no problems. Got the 4 wheels with BFG G-force KDWS 275/40/zr17's for a total of about $1280

I've got two more questions... I've called around and they say if I get +53mm for the rear I will need +56mm for the front for it to look right because of the 10.5s in the back and 9.5s in the front... But I want it looking like stock sticking out the same distance all the way around... Would it be better to get the same offset all the way around?
And where is the best place to find +53mm offset chrome z06's? A lot of the places I've called are telling me all they have is +56mm..
Thanks a lot everyone,
Chris
