I'll be able to tell you in a couple weeks but it won't be a daily driver just on nice sunny days. I'm currently finishing up my setup. Same cam but on a 114 and Ported and Polished heads w/ a TCS 4400. I'll let you know how it turns out.

The cam/head combo would be going in my car. Discussion of a conversion to a M6 is ongoing. I would like to install the heads/cam see how it does and install the M6 latter this summer.

It all depends on what you can tolerate. A 112 will be tough to idle in an A4. I'd say about a 1k idle. That's your call on what's daily driver material. Can you do it? Yes. Will you love it? Maybe Would I daily drive anything other than a Honda? No. That's MHO.

Well, everybody told him that he wouldn't enjoy his 4400 on the street. They were dead wrong. I'm just worried about keeping the car from surging terribly and dieing at low speeds.

IMHO, you couldn't do anything worse for the car than swapping in a M6. You will regret it the first time you go to the drag strip. Just my opinion.

The car sees the drag strip 3-4 times a year. The 6 speed will be a ton more fun to drive 99% of the time. Look at the new cam only record holder. M6
If we're going to put a tranny in it to hold the power he's going to be making (more then just G5X3), we'll have to modify the car to accept a TH350 or TH400. 3 speed on the highway is no fun and ruins the 'daily driver' aspect of it. M6 ownz all.

FWIW, Mike's car isn't a bolt on car. It will be a heads/cam car and isn't trying to break any records.
