Default Burnout Video - represent the NW

Ok so we've talked about it... and we're all thinkin about cruises and racing and shows as it's starting to be the season.

Lets brainstorm some ideas of when and where. For me it'll have to be a saturday or sunday. (preferrably saturday afternoon or late morning as I'll have been working till 6/6:30am saturday morning).

I have some feelers out to a few places to see if we can do it on private property, where we won't get arrested or run into ploes or ditches. But I'm definitely in if we can find a place. Sounds like the cop training course up here is a no-go.

If you guys give me enough notice and we can hang out at a cruise in spot afterwards or something I'd be down.

I've seen them out by the ultralight hangar / ramp on the west side of the airport once before when it was snowing out. City and County were out there weaving around some cones.

Or is there an asphalt 'track'? I was going to go over there ... by chance ... to see if I could join in for the heck of it but decided against it.

Heh no WSP track in Buien it is actually in Shelton. It is a regular special built road with lane markers and fog lines. Looks just like a country road but it is for EVOC training. Lots of fun. Get to use retired WSP cars for training. drive em to their limits and then some!

I am actually going to Richland, the Hammer facility at Hanford on the 22nd for a day of day and night EVOC!

So on answer to a previous thread what have you ever raced while at work? Whatever they give me and it is all legal!

Depending on when and where... I can probably get my truck in on the action.

That is of course if I'm allowed to play...

I'd probably be up for this... line lock certainly comes in handy for just such an occasion.

I have 8 tires to go through, I am more than up for this.

There's only one thing better than hangin donuts and brodies.

I wanna try a rockford 180 too.

I have 6 tires I could go through, 4 of which are mounted right now. This would be fun, but only if it is legal, damn po-pos.

What is a rockford 180?

where your haulin a bit in reverse and whip the front end around and do a quick slide 180, throw it into drive from reverse somewhere mid 180 and keep right on rolling in the same lane now going forward.

Where do the folks go autocrossing at?? Boeing or something?

I will have to break out my old school vhs camera (have nothing else) and I can transfer it to digital.

This will be sweet.

Yea that bumping into poles and flying in ditches thing is just not cool.

Maybe I will try one of those stunts where you coast along at 40mph hop out throught the t tops sit on the hood for a few seconds then try and make it back in the car (all while the car rolling at 40mph) moving. Those vids are of the biggest idiots ever.

This may put us on the map. Could be the next "Wildest F Body Video" only better. Get the Vette folks out there doing their thing too. Not to mention a blown H2, oh man this could be a good video oppurtunity.

Boyce & Bill side by side doing a staight line burn out. Eric could drift his Zo6, Mark could do one of those secrete service maneuvers-drive slowly backwards, whip the front around, and burn out going forward. Some one needs to pop those wheels off the ground. This is endless, lol.

Having a legal spot would be icing on the cake.
