You mean 11.8? If not, is he an M6? What tire? If an A4, converter? Just curious.

What's your raceweight? What stall converter you running? I run low 12.30's w/stock cam and stock exhaust manifolds at 3550 raceweight and good tires. If you're anywhere near 3550-3600 lbs, you should be 11.90's easy w/headers and cam....WJ

W/a good tune and those excellent tires, you should run 11.90's if you weigh 3600, or less...Jack and spare removed, lightweight wheels front and rear, and skinnies, w/3.23's. 3.42's or 3.73's will put you even lower on cool day w/good air... WJ

Dead-on WJ!

Well, I finally ran at the track today (new best----by a second and a half) Wasn't going for reaction time, just trying to launch the car as hard as possible.

R/T----.342
60'-----1.639
330----4.796
1/8----7.499
MPH---89.45
1000--9.884
1/4---11.905
MPH--111.78

I was pretty happy with the times. Car was running pretty damn consistant (worst time was a 12.16 with 28lbs in the tires and no burnout). I was even more impressed by the 60-ft's I was cutting. I am running on a 17" M/T drag radial and was dead-hooking. Even pulled the front left off the ground Those tires are bad-*** Bone-stock suspension, gotta do something about that. I was having a bit of a "problem". When the car was shifted to 3rd, it seemed to drop off a couple hundred more rpm's (definately wasn't in the powerband.) than 1-2 shift. I don't know if it is the 3.42's or not, but I raised the 2-3 shift by 200 rpm when I got home I have vid's but can't host. If one of you guys want to host em, just shoot me a pm. Thanks for listening lol

How about an 11-sec club nametag? Got the slip

I'm hoping for 11.70's as the car sits being that I fixed the "shifting" problem and bone-stock suspension. I hoping for 11.50's with some suspension work, and hoping to get into the 10's with the new 5177 Just ordered jets for 75, 100, 125, and 150! We'll see how she does.
