Just get one from a black car. If you don't want gloss though you are gonna have to paint it or get it painted.
It's not hard to paint, flat/satin colors are real easy to work with.

I painted mine (pics on my cardomain site) and most people paint their own. But you could get it painted at a body shop if you think you'll screw it up, or maybe a friend of yours can paint it?

I used primer and low gloss black duplicolor engine paint with ceramic.
400 to ruff the surface and get rid of the gloss, 800 to smooth out the sanding scratches, I painted it, and then a final wet sand to smooth everything out.
