Default What size do I drill my TB hole to?

I can't remember what size to drill my TB to help my idle. I don't have the Tech 2 or any of that to reposition my throttle/TPS. Thanks!!!

do not drill your TB!!!

play with your throttle set screw to maintain idle and there is a TPS sensor reset method described in the PCM section. Don't remember it off the top of my head... No Tech 2 or tuning needed.

Don't drill it. Just get it tuned.

I put a 3/16ths hole in a TB today. Cam was of the 228/224 variety. The owner sold his ported TB and wanted me to swap a stock one back on his car. I just matched the hole in the ported TB.

It's not that easy for me to get it tuned. It's already been tuned with a stock throttle body that was drilled. Now I have a ported S3 TB with the stock size hole.

As was said above, go to the tuning section https://ls1tech.com/forums/pcm-diagnostics-tuning/177230-stop-drilling-those-tbs-fix-stalling-without-computer-tuning.html
