Looks like you got rain today too.
The boys and I left for the races about 4:00 AM this morning, a light drizzle as we got to the track. The Old Timers are always the first practice, I came in from practice the dirt was nice and tacky I thought this is going to be great. Then it started to rain, it rained all day never let up. One of those days where common sense tells you to load everything back up, got to be a Hooters around here somewhere. But I couldn't do that I've taken alot of crap from my motorcross buddies saying they have lost me to the car guys. So I raced, what a muddy, wet, cold day, it's going to take me a week to clean everything up. Damn it was so much fun, point the bike in the general direction you hope to go, gas it and try to stay on.
So I guess my point in all this is at least the car guys have enough sense to come in out of the rain.

Sounds like you had a Great time even with the Rain Steve! My brothers ride Dirt bikes for fun, and they go out Rain or shine also. Bikes are fun year around, they've even had them out in the snow and ice...lol

I feel good, rode hard enough that I'm just a little bit sore. That BTW is true wisedom to have fun and still be able walk the next day, or at least that is how you justify sixth place.
