Default Dual Cutouts.

I have Pacesetter LTs w/ ORY, and a Dynomouth. Too quiet for me, and I feel as though the shitty Y-pipe junction has lost me some power. I was going true duals when I thought about QTECs, then remembered that they suck and break. I am going with dual Flowtechs, and am putting them in a perfect spot for exhaust scavanging, and exhaust expanding. With them in the locations I have them they should be the ideal place. It should give me optimum power for not having balanced pressure (crossover pipe).

Anyway, I would like to hear some clips of DUAL cuttouts, and not single....preferably with headers too.

Also is it recommended, and how do you all like them.

(Plan to be open on street sometimes, and always at the track)

~Thanks, Kevin

i LOVED the way mine sounded. but i had Hooker LT, then a bullet on each side then the cut outs. but i cut the cap off and welded it on the end so it would be straight out instead of to thwe side.
It was ugly but i did its job.
i'll see if i can find a pic.

Not a good one on LS1sounds. They have a cam, or no headers, or it is poorly made.

:haha: Sad, but I know how the car is going to run. I will be running it after the 02s and I have a tune that has taken the code out. I know what can and can't be done in this situation, and I also know what must be done....I just want to hear it. People run this setup all the time, and have no issues, and due to my place ment, I will be making more power too.

I guess just take folks word for it, u'll love it. I had it on my SS ( only difference is 6sp to ur A4) along time ago with mac 1 3/4 mids and dual cutouts in the 2.5in y-pipe aft of the hedders and i loved it esp after my H/C setup. U'll def. get alotta looks and complements. Felt faster to me but never had a chance to compare track times and forgot to bring my caps when i had it dynoed after the H/C install. I bet u'll gain some top end hp but prolly loss a lil low end tq. IMHO
but honestly dont know how it'd be on an automatic, seen plenty runnin single cut-outs in the I-pipe that sounded great though
