Do a CarCraft search on this. They had an article on it and you can see it online.

I would have gone with a 9" rather then the 12 bolt, but I am happy with the 12 bolt. I think the 9" will be a little more expensive, but I may be wrong....

Between the 2 I would choose a 9" hands down the peice of mind is WELL worth it and if you decide to every change gears beleive me you will be happy you got a 9".

although I've seen some intresting work post here to get 3 channel ABS working with the 9", its not really possible.. If you have the 4 channel ABS, or don't care about it, then this isn't an issue.

Just ditch the ABS if you are a 3 channel and take the bulb out of the dash if it bothers you. You can barely even tell the difference.

12 bolts : Less drivetrain loss. 3-channel availability.
9 inch. : Stonger (especially in M6 applications). Easier gear swap.

I wanted a 9 inch but ended with a 12 bolts because I have a 3-channel setup and I wanted to keep my ABS (daily driver). So far, my 12 bolts worked fine with minimal gear whine. Used to be totally silent until I started to get on it
