Need a new set of Summer tires, anyone hear anything about the BF Goodrich G force Wet and Dry tire? Anyone using them?

I put a set of KDWS on last fall thinking these would be good all around tires for Denver weather. Keep in mind these are much different than the KD or KDS. The tires did just OK in dry, OK in wet, and OK in snow. They really did not impress me at all, but weren't bad, just not real good.

The one thing that has me upset is these tires are not going to last very long at all. I think I have 15k miles on them, and they are more than 1/2 way gone. I'm also thinking of taking them off now while there is still some tread left, and using them again next winter.

I'm also looking into the KD or KDW. I will most likely get the KD's, because if it's wet I'll just drive slower but when it's dry I want the best grip I can get.

I have KDW's on my TA and I'm really impressed with them. They grip pretty good.

I have had KDWs for 5k miles now, very impressive tire whether on rain or dry pavement.

I will be using nittos in back soon as the rain clears up for good

That was the first set of tires I had on my TT2 17x9.5. They were great tires on the street and at the strip. They actually had the same 60' as with my bfg drag radials! They got really noisy at the end of life and didnt last too long I went ahead and tried the KDWS next and now with a Kumo tire. Got about 25-30k with KDW and 35-40 with KDWS.

I absolutely LOVE these tires! They handle great in both dry and wet conditions (and when it rains here in Houston, it's usually a downpour!). The car handles like a dream with these tires on it. We've only had them on for less than 2k miles, so wear/treadlife is still to be determined.

I have em, its a good rain tires, thats about it. If your car gets little to no rain, then dont bother with these. I feel more confident sprited driving in the rain than I do in the dry with these tires, lol. Nex set for me will be something along the lines of a KD, A032R, or V700 Ectas.

I put the G-force KDWS's on the back of my car when one of my Firehawks blew out on the way to school(they were on the car when I got them), and they are definitely better than those Firehawks that were on there when I bought the car. For a street tire, they are a good tire. I would recommend them.

I have KDW's on my car and like them just fine for handeling and normal driving, but they dont hold the car at all.

Go with the Goodyear GS-D3's...If you dont want to spend that much(which isnt much more), then get the KDWS's or KDW's

I had KDW's on the LT1 and was very impressed with them in all conditions and also in tire wear.
