Hptuners Delivery Problems?

Hptuners Delivery Problems? I recently ordered Hptuners software package thru and outside vendor. He claimed he was getting setup to be a Distributor for hptuners, and he could problably get me a better price.
This was about a month and a half ago. The guy keeps telling me that he ordered it a while ago (2-3 weeks), but still hasn't got it. He also says Hptuners is extremely hard to get ahold. At this point I'm starting to get a little worried that im getting ripped off.
So, i guess what im asking is has anyone got the hptuners software recently? Are the hard to get ahold of? It seems kinda weird because i have never seen any kinds problems from them.
I will keep the shops identity confidential till i figure out whats going on. I have the distinct feeling i being ripped off.

Already Did Email them.
BTW Im not unhappy with Hptuners in any way, just want to know whats going on. I believe i may be getting ripped off by someone else.

We do not have delivery problems.
The oldest order we have in que is orders placed on friday (yesterday). We have no other orders in que.
We typically ship out orders the following day. Sometimes orders take up to 3 days to ship out.

Gimp , you're not being shot straight. I sent Keith at HPtuners an email at midnight and it was answered within 15 minutes. I mailed them a money order , the time between mailing the money order and having the program in my hands was 1.5 weeks. Their service is outstanding and prompt.Get your money back and deal with the source directly! They'll treat you right!

yup, sounds like something's up w/this outside vendor... ordering direct through the HPT web site stuff ships pretty fast... and someone from HPT generally responds to any email pretty quickly...

They got me my copy of the software within a week of ordering it. Very fast! They also answered my questions via email before and after the purchase very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.
