Default can i use DR's without much worry?? dont want the rear to blow

im going to be making around 430-450 rwhp and i dont think the street tires will hold up too well, esp at the track. would DR put too much stress on the rear end on hard shifts or accel?? i wont be launching on them just driving hard, any experience from anyone doing this??

You say at the track but then say you wont be launching on them? Does this mean you are gonna baby it off the line and through first and then nail it?

I don't forsee your rear lasting very long.

I would stick with the Nittos if your not going to be gettin on it untill 2nd gear. All though I have seen guys bust an axle leaving with the 555's. There's no guarantee's.

My rearend was fine with Nitto's, until I changed the clutch. The clutch grabbed, tires grabbed, torsen (rearend) locked up. I had it replaced with an Eaton.
