That's only a 1.7 60'? It looks a little better than that. The car loads up pretty good.
Anyway... I can't hear it very well here at work, but I don't hear the rpms flashing at the launch. It does not sound like a dead hook, but not that bad.
What gear are you running?

Ahh, yeah I would be looking for at least high 1.6s. Do you have any idea what you car weights?
When my old Cartek clutch went out after only three months, I went from 1.6 to 1.7 and finally 1.8s. I was in denial that is was the clutch. I even thought I might be spiing the slicks on the rim. I lost second gear and had to pull the tranny. When I checked the clutch sure enough it was toast, flyhweel was full of hotspots. But it never did feel like the clutch was slipping, just the car would not 60'.

What kind of rwhp are you putting down?
With a little over 410rwhp and a 3500 race weight I usually get mid 1.5 60's with the 4.11 gears on a 26" tire. That is at a sea level track though. I don't know what the elevation is up around here.
What rpm are you launching at?

stock suspention
elevation is like 900-1000 ft above
I am on a 26" et street NON RADIAL
have the two step at 5800 on that run (But I have thought about it and I may not be flooring it all the way with the two step beause still getting use to it)
I am around 400-415 rwhp but AULUMINUM Flywheel
but you do not think the clutch is not slipping thats good mabe some tire spein but only come off two step 9 times now so just getting used to it.

Have you tried launching at a higher rpm? My car likes to bog unless I let it rip at 6600.
As far a the clutch slipping it does not seem like it, at least not real bad, but take that with a grain of salt. It's hard to tell from the video
The aluminum flywheel is probably hurting your 60' some with a 3600 pound car.
