What are your goals? What are you willing to live with? How do you plan on driving the car? Is it a cruiser and weekend warrior or a straight race car
?. We need to know this in order to provide good direction. Also, we need a list of your current mods....a cam will not work well without supporting mods.

I dont think there is anything wrong w/labo doors. As for the cam i'm very happy with mine, and its a baby cam now a days, its a Thunder Racing 224/224 .563/.563 on a 112LSA, its in my daily driver and doesnt give me any hassle, you could go with a 114lsa to smoothen the idle some, but its not bad at all

if you want a sub, check out the mtx, pre amped box, it is one ten, and it mounts in the space where the cd changer is on the driver side, I have on and it is plenty loud and has good sound and thump, it is not two punch 12's but it is more than enough plus a little wieght saving and still room for the t tops a big plus.

Fast cars get more girls than any swing up doors ever will. As for the cam, you'll find people that regret not going bigger the first time around. You usually won't find people that regret going big initially. Bigger isn't always better though.

I'll have to debate... Most girls only see the looks of it. Even though you have a point on it being faster. The cost on the doors are insanely ridiculous so i dont think i'll be going with that any time soon.

I was just busting your chops on the lambo doors - not my taste but to each their own. I love the collectors edition cars - look great. For a daily driver I would stick to a 220-224 duration. If you want a nasty idle go with a 112 LSA. I have a "baby" cam - see sig but it sounds awesome. I get compliments everywhere I go. Even with a small cam I am on the verge of having to replace nearly everything (already did the valve train, clutch is next, followed by rear end). It is expensive to go fast.

Hmm yeah... i'll just have to work my *** off. Thanks i'll probably go with that 112. I'm just recovering from my surgery so i wont be driving it hard any time soon... unless its a must. Any of you guys have a short throw... i have an extra 100 bucks and i found and slp for $99, i was wondering if you guys like the feel better than the stock size.

I have the stock Hurst shifter - I added Lou's short stick to it and it feels very nice - only $50.

thunder racing cams have insane ramp rates, so dont be like "oh, i want a 40HP gain, im goin to go with the T- Rex cam" the TR224 can add 40HP if you let it breathe. they say a TR224 puts out the same power as the comp cams XE-R lobes, and it has .4ish less lift

for example, say an XE-R lobe cam has .590 lift, the TR224 cam will put out the same HP and ET gains, even though it only has a lift of .560 (with the same duration)
