What's a good PE scale factor for 10.5 AFR
I finally got the SVO 30 lb injectors installed and scaled the IFR at 138%.
Drove for about an hour last night then plugged in the scanner. The LTFT's are pretty close at 2 or 4. I may lean that out 1%. At WOT my wideband is reading 10.5. The PE table is stock. How much should I scale that down, 90%, 85%, 92%
I don't have a good point of reference to start at. Anyone with experience at this have a good idea for a starting scale factor???
Thanks

If the 30 lbs are flowed at 43.5 psi here is the correct IFR table
Code:
MAP (kPa) 0 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 50 55 60 65 70 75 80 Injector Flow (g/sec) 4.364768035 4.391970593 4.419005701 4.445876413 4.472585692 4.499136414 4.525531368 4.551773265 4.577864737 4.603808341 4.629606564 4.655261822 4.680776466 4.706152783 4.731392999 4.756499281 4.781473737 Injector Flow (lb/hr) 34.64162706 34.85752419 35.07209232 35.2853557 35.49733784 35.70806157 35.91754903 36.12582173 36.33290055 36.5388058 36.74355721 36.94717396 37.14967471 37.3510776 37.55140031 37.75066003 37.9488735 Injector Flow (lb/min) 0.577360451 0.580958736 0.584534872 0.588089262 0.591622297 0.595134359 0.598625817 0.602097029 0.605548343 0.608980097 0.61239262 0.615786233 0.619161245 0.62251796 0.625856672 0.629177667 0.632481225

I don't think scaling your PE table is the right answer...the PE table is nothing more than a multiplier that adds extra fuel. 14.62/PE value gives what the PCM is commanding the car to do A/F ratio-wise at WOT. So if it is commanding 13.0, and you aren't seeing 13.0 (for example only), then you have problems elsewhere (like your Open loop A/F ratio table or your MAF perhaps). Start with the IFR table first though...if that isn't right, you'll be chasing your tail for hours.

HumpinSS has the numbers that I used for the IFR. The 30 lb SVO are rated at 40 psi according to the sticky on the Fueling page. So they flow 36.12 on a C5, 36/26=138%.
I was happy to see 4 or 2 for LTFT, I thought that was pretty close, so I may change the IFR by 1 or 2% to try to hit 0.
I'll try the 20 %factor for the PE, good call from 1FastWS6, the bigger injectors have scaled up the PE, that's why it went way rich.
This LS6 is going to haul when I get these numbers right.
