AWESOME door ding in my car!!
So a couple of weeks ago I go outside for a smoke at lunch and I see this gigantic door mark on my door. And this is the second time on the same door in about a month. The first guy I had to track down - a PhD engineer, mind you.
The second time I hang a sign on my window that says "This is a door, not a door stop".
Since I didn't know who had parked there (the spot was empty) I figured I was screwed. But no! The guy comes in, tells me sorry and that he will get it taken care.
Today my car got completely washed, buffed, waxed, and the inside detailed at a body shop.
Greatest door ding I've ever had!!

Man, that's great...you're one lucky SOB. I've got two door dings, one right next to the other, in my passenger side rear quarter. It looks like they hit it, pulled up an inch, and slammed it again
