Default slp y pipe

Im ready to purchase an slp y pipe, does anybody know how much lower this is
to the ground then factory and is this setup pretty much comparable to the rest? Price, power? I just figured I would go with this setup because I already have the slp dual dual catback. Will it be louder with the y pipe? any help appreciated thanks!

I wouldn't bother with a new Y until you're looking at getting some headers. The stock pipe actually flows very well. It's not really worth the hastle or money for a new Y yet.

Up to you obviously, but I'd go with a pulley and/or SFC's if it were my car and money. Good luck!!

Yea, don't get the SLP Y pipe... it came on my car from the guy before me. If anything scrapes, it is that damn thing. It's very annoying and not worth it at all. Wait to put some longtubes on and pick a different Y pipe accordingly.

If your talking about the one that bolts up behind the cats I wouldnt do it. I only gained 1hp/tq with it. Now I have long tubes and its much better.

I agree its worthless, you can spend the money elsewhere Consider a cut-out for a nice 8-10 hp gain sounds great on stock manifods
