Well if you want really loud, the loudmouth is the way to go and it should give you a pretty good performance boost as well.

i have loudmouth, i love it, gets alot of attention, but i'm going to be doing LT's and a ORY, i think its goin to be too much, i'm considering switching to True Duals .

Can you afford to get longtube headers soon? Will you be getting them in the future?

There is more to exhaust than pure volume. You want a nice sound too..and of course power. I love my duals. With stock manifolds/cats the loudmouth is okay. With headers and ORY you will want something with a real muffler or it WILL sound like (unless you like high pitch rasp)

^ yea i've heard that too, but what some people do it weld a borla or ?flowmaster? muffler in the spot where the resonator is and they seem pretty happy. The muffler cost ~$120.

do it right the first time, everyone gets headers at one time or another, do it right the first time, LM is $300, save up another 100 and get coated pacesetters, then save up 400$ again and get TSP true duals, itll be louder, sound nicer, and your exhaust will be set for many many years

Headers with a loudmouth have to be the worst sounding exhaust for an LS1

Another vote for duals
