Default My car will not start..... help

So I think its a simple starter issue..... as I took it out and got it tested and it was messed up. So I changed out and still no dice....
I have good cotinuity (sp?) through the wire to turn on the starter.... least I think.
I have power... same voltage as my battery.
But when I turn the key... nothing happens... starter is not getting signal.
I checked relays and fuses. I swapped out my relays from the fans to the ignition and startar and still no go.
I used a test light to see if the connection was good at the point were the relay plugs in... it lights up when I try and start the car and it has power...
Seems that the power stops right after the fuse box as I took apart the starter wire thats on the pass side of the car over the fender. ( you know the one wire that has a conection on it, thats how I tested to see if its good) and as I turn the ingniton on, the power doest go there.....
Im getting PISSED
Is it a VAT issue? Im lost.... so if it comes down to it, I might have to have someone help me..... I dont drink beer.... but if you get my car running Ill owe you one

Some of you dont know me, some of you do... so I havent been around in a long *** time.... so if you dotn know me hello

Do these f-body's have a fusible link ? I know on the older cars, there was a (for lack of a better term) built in fuse in the main wire going to the starter. When they go, you either have to bypass it or replace the entire wire. It may be something to check.

So, to make sure I'm clear, you turn the key, the gauge cluster comes on, but when you go to the Start position, nothing happens? No ticking or anything? Is your SECURITY light coming on?

My VAT went out a couple years ago, but it gave me a warning. On cold days, it started taking a few attempts to get it to "engage", so to speak. Finally, on a cold, rainy night, it wouldn't start at all. I managed to get it started finally, but the SECURITY light stayed on for a few days before I got it to the dealership. They replaced the key receptacle and re-keyed it (stupid expensive too).

Those were my symptoms, anyway.

If Security is blinking, I'm pretty sure that's a VAT issue. Mine stays solid for a couple seconds while starting.

Since the power was lost just after the fuse box, maybe you blew a fuse?

This can happen when putting a new starter in. It's easy to get the wires crossed especially when your under the car, on your back, and in the dark holding a piece of iron that feels like it weighs 100 lbs...

Dealer had to replace the tumbler and re-key mine. I forget how much it cost, but it wasn't cheap.
