Default TCI SSF3500 Good for 150 Shot and N/A?

I was just wondering if a TCI SSF3500 would be a good choice for me with the cam I have N/A and wondered if it would also be good for spraying a 150 shot?

Should be pretty good. I'm spraying mine w/ a 150 shot and a little bigger cam, and it handles it just fine. Thinking of restalling to 4000.

cool, someone told me that since I have an aftermarket cam that peaks higher, I am not getting into my powerband fast enough with a stock stall and that I should get a stall to match the cam to,

Yes, you definatley need a higher stall than stock, especially w/ a bigger cam.

I've got some nittos on the way, hopefully those will hold it "somewhat", since I am not spraying outta the hole.

It does pretty good, a higher stall will do better though.

mine seemed to be about spot on at 3500, and shift extension was 4900 on stock internals.

mine was a tci ssf3500 with a 2.5 str, with good brakes and nice tires u can hold it at 3500, my best 60fts all motor were from 3200 though, the convo was great from a roll, especially using the bottle, i only recomend this convo cause i never had problems with it and it was my only one i have ever had and i loved it, if i ever have another fbody it will get the same convo, but instead of nittos take the cash and buy mt et street radials, i drove them everyday for a while, and they hold up great and make the difference between night and day, street tires u will just be spinning forever

So does anyone regret buying a 3500 or does anyone wish they would have gotten a bigger verter?
