Default Will this cam work with stock heads? Speed Inc. S15

Just curious if this cam SI5 231 237 .589 .595 112, will work ok with stock heads until I get a set of AFR 205's? Anything I need to worry about? Any input is appreciated, TIA.

Thats what I was thinking...lift isn't as wild as some of the other cams people run. What about power with this combo...will I make 430+?

you'll be fine with stock heads...
with the AFR's and a really good tune I could see 430 in your future

Yeah cam should clear with no problem, with heads you could see 430hp. Cam only prolly 390-400

That cam will easily fit stock heads. Why that and not the newer one, what is it, 233/239 R2? Even the MS3 fits.

Next time you have a "will it fit stock heads" question, consult the search button first as it contains a wealth of information.

My ol' setup (on an awful tune): TSP231/237 (Lazy Lunati grind- I'm not sure what lobe profile the Speed Inc version has) + TEA 1.5 5.3's. This same setup is now making 480rwhp. (Baseline shows ls6 intake + SLP LT's- higher line shows FAST90/90 + QTP HVMC LT's on the same heads/cam).
