Default Apexi safc

Does anyone know if a apexi safc will work on a boosted ls1. I have a friend that has one and was wondering if it will work on my ls1 turbo truck. IF anybody knows or has one let me know how you like it on your setup. Thanks guys for any help

In the back of the manual, there are several car models listed, and a corresponding value for one of the settings. None of them are a gm maf type car. I tried several different values for that setting, and never could get the pcm to recognize the altered maf value.

A mini-afc might work for you. zzperformance is the only place I know of that has it.

There may be a setting that will make it generate the correct signal, but I never did find it.

We've tried on an LT1/LS1 MAF and they did not work. The signal an LS1 MAF sends out is different than what a SAFC can correct. However, it will work if you want to hook it up to a MAP sensor. Don't know how that would work for tuning though

We did one with an external 3 bar map already. Worked ok...to me not worth the hassle.
