successful cam install!!
Well finally about 4 days after the start of my cam install i am finished!! I ran into a big problem with the valve seals for my dual valve springs but got it all figured out eventually. If it wasn't for JP(FstBlkz28) i would have never gotten through this install...he helped me from the beginning with ordering the right parts all the way through to the end by bein there when i turned the key! The cam we installed was a comp cams 230/230 .591/.591 110LSA +4, along with comps 928 dual valve springs, LS2 timing chain, and hardened pushrods. The car sounds great!!!...especially with the exhaust opened up! Great lope and excellent power all through the RPM range!!! I'll post up numbers as soon as i get it tuned and dynoed. Once again thanx to JP and thanx to everyone on here who helped me with my questions through this!
P.S.- i should be getting it tuned for free by a friend of mine but if that falls through is there anyone who has any suggestions as far as who to take it to for the tune?

yah i unhooked the y-pipe last night but ended up bolting it back up since i have to make the long trip home....it sounded MEAN as hell!! All the neighbors are probably pissed they got woke up at about 10pm. Be careful on your way back home...i get to go back home closer to the storm but i gotta stay at the fire station incase we get called for rescue.
