Some of you guys are just .... well.... talking nonsense.
Sonic test on an iron block is mandatory for .060 bore. You could go through a dozen before you find one that passes.
.080 is stupid unless you have 2 more in the trailer for the final passes. Those that use them are super max effort, track only setups.
Either sleeve or C5R, that is what is on the market right now.

There is a glimmer of hope for the future. The 6.2l is 4.065 bore stock in a aluminum block so it won't go much bigger (Maybe .020). The block will be produced in iron with a 4.065 base bore, this may produce the ability for a 4.120 final on the right block. Not sure when this block will be released in iron, but 08 model year should be safe bet.
