Default Does ANYONE make a triple gauge pod for hardtops?

I've searched for this, and some threads say Thunder sells them on their website, but at this point in time they do not. Does anyone know of a shop that sells the triple for hardtops? New or used, I DONT CARE. Thanks

Do they have ones available for verts? I can't imagine there being that big (if any) difference between the A-pillar on a vert and a hardtop when it comes to the mounting of a guage pod.

Thunder only states t-top for the triples.

Have a link? How do these mount? An a-pillar is an a-pillar, if they just bolt to the a-pillar I can't understand at all why it would be T-top / Hardtop / Vert specific.

The difference is in the way the upper end is molded. I had a 2 gauge pod made for vert/hardtop(apparently both are the same) and it fit great. Just bolt on. I recently put on a triple pod(ONLY thing available was for t-tops)
and I had to do some modifying to the upper portion to make it fit right. After I made the cuts at the top to get it to fit I then took some model airpland canopy u-molding and glued it around the joint and it looks damn near factory. The molding really finished off the joint between the pod and the stock a-pillar nicely.

Autometer used to make them , they were a piece that went all the way from the bottom of the windshield to the back of the door. Due to the low demand they stopped producing them. The president of my car club (street lethal performance) has contacted autometer and they said if he had a large enough order the would do another run of them. Miessen or I will keep , you posted.

You can definitely put me down for one in black. I would much rather have the whole piece than the one I have now. Keep in informed:

Talked to dave today, although it was after 6 and they were closed. He will be calling in the morning and working out a deal. The more buyers we have, the better.

I am all over this. Please make this happen. When I originally bought mine I bet I called 25 different places trying to find one and got the same story, low demand.

A few years back I STILL couldnt find a hardtop version of a triple guage pod. I finally broke down and ordered a TTop version and hoped it would work. In the end I just cut off the end thats supposed to cap off where the TTop is, and sanded it down. Worked perfectly.

Ok, Autometer said it it is very likely they will begin making them again. We will also most likely be doin a group purchase to keep costs down. No word yet as to when they will be made. My contact will be getting in touch with me early next week to let me know more.
The outlook looks good though!!
