help me get the scammer guys Alright you can move this wherever you see fit. To start off, i bought a set of red/black limited edition sparco torino seats to go into my car. I paid $1100 for the both of them. With that said, it has been 3 months and the seller will not contact me or return any phone calls. He had good feedback on ebay so i fully trusted he was an honest seller. Guess this was not the case. I live all the way over in VA and he is in CA so it makes it hard to do anything. The guy goes by that company name but when i mapquested it, the address is a residencial address. Anything you can do is greatly appreciated. I call and leave millions of messages and i have also posted it on another site and got alot of people to call and leave him messages. I'm hoping he will eventually get annoyed and do something about it, but i really don't see that happening. $1100 is alot of money....maybe i just need to take a road trip lol. I would help you out man but its about a 7 hour drive. I just don't have that kind of time to go there and see what is up.

yes a few people are helping me out...one guy emailed me that was the scammers friend and now i am just waiting on some paperwork to come back so i can fax it to the people that are going to help. Also one forum member suggested i call the pd back till they did something and finally after calling for a week strait, they seem like they may do something also. Thanks for the help everyone.

another update: The seller emailed me saying he sent a refund but yeah its been a week and no check has come. Starting to think he is still lieing. He still will not take a phone call or answer the emails i sent him back

hey man, hey any wor don thsi ****, it is getting close to some bullshit.....if u really need me to i will driv eto this guys houes ad **** him up.....teach him a lesson no matter what...even if he say he sent soemthing or not...i am going to be smashing his face in....so i know where helive ..and it is going to be delt with quit harsly

lol its ok man. No one needs to get in any trouble for me. Here is what has happened since the last time: He sent me a check for the refund. He backdated it two months but the envelope is clearly post marked with a recent date. Guess he was trying to trick someone or something. So i go to cash the check and guess what...no money in the account. Guess that can just be another charge added to grand larceney.
