Locally (Manhattan, KS) I believe it was around $30 a head.. It might have been a little less that..

any where from 50-100. but make sure the shop is using a CNB manchine or better. If they say they use a rock-table or belt style, you'd better hope they have good experience on it. and a non-acid vatting would be best for cleaning the heads after milling. A lot of shops include this with milling.
