Default Is there a better H/C setup out there?

I am almost dead set on getting the TSP MS3 along with some heads. I have been talking to Jason over at TSP about heads that will work with the MS3 w/out having to flycut. Here is what he told me...

"I have a 2.02 valve 5.3l & LS6 head that will clear with the MS3 The 2.02 size valves can be setup to fit with a little tweaking 40rwhp would be about right from a good head."

Now this is I am wanting to choose; but, I need to know before I buy if there is a better heads/cam combo out there - w/out the need to flycut? I know the G5X3 wont clear, what about the F14 and a some stage 2.5 heads? will that make more power than the TSP setup I am wanting? Its just that before I spend all this money I want to be sure I am getting the most out of it.

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

AFR's have more material I believe that is why. Or they are taller or something to that effect. I have heard that they will clear on some of the bigger grinds out there with 0 flycutting needed.

The AFR have a 15 thousandths better clearance than our stock heads do.

Lol I know that you knew what you were talking about I just thought that I would try and help you out.

Plus the AFR's flow like a crazy ****. I have a set of the 205's myself. I think people would agree with me on this. Here check this out. https://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamometer-results-comparisons/395816-afr-205s-thunder-racing-trak-cam-487rwhp-436rwtq.html
