Best for Custom Grind Cam???
So I was hoping to get some feedback on the best place to go to get a custom grind cam. Any sponsors? I wanted to be able to tell them my setup and have them grind a cam for me. Thanks.

I've always been kinda partial to Comp Cams but I'm sure you'll get a lot of different answers on the topic. If you call Comp they'll ask you your setup and then they can custom grind you something.

There is EDC (Ed) on this board that custom specs cams. Also there is 53Pony (different approach, I like his methods).
Off course Futral, Thunder, TSP are amongst the ones that do that too.

I've had three custom grind cams built for LS1 motors, two from Comp and one from Futral/Cam Motion. I was happy with all of them, but I'm kind of partial towards the Cam Motion lobes.

I'll drive it and check the plugs to see what's up. My tuner said it would be a little off, but no big deal. I kind of don't want to get it re-tuned because it's going to cost me $250, but I'll get him to redo it without the hypertech in there and sell it for $250 or whatever I can get for it. So hopefully I'll come out of this spending less than $200. Selling my cam and the hypertech.
