If you really want to do it right.

Eliminate the plenum.

ATI will sell you a Y pipe like they have coming out of the blower to the twin intercoolers for like $30-$40. A little pipe, a few couplers and a little work later you will have a superior setup that won't explode

My buddy did this on his when he had the twin IC's and it worked great.

Those plastic plenums are craptastic at best.

Give us a call Monday, and have Tom give ATI ProCharger a call. I won't be at the shop until Wednesday. Did you send in and pay for the extended 3 year warranty? If you did, getting the plenum replaced under warranty should not be a problem. Bob

Yes I paid for the 3 year warranty. Do you think they will let me upgrade to the Aluminum one at a lower cost? Thanks Bob.

This sucks, its just over a year so its not under warranty. It will cost me $286 to replace it.

Thanks Tom @ EPP for saving me a few bucks.

ugh dont get me started...having these heads done is taking forever.Even Erics getting frustrated that he doesnt have them by now so he can finish bolting everything up and get it to me.we decided on springs and retainers and hes trying to find out if they can squeeze a 1.6"exhaust valve in without replacing the seat.hes been having trouble getting ahold of the guy.ive got my lil checklist for parts left to get.as soon as i hear the motors coming im calling up summit and placing an order for everything and gonna try to do it over my winter break from school.well im glad u figured out whats been restricting your power

The year covers everything. The 3 year warranty only covers the head unit.

ATI said it will take 2-3 weeks to make it. So soon after I install it, I will be redynoing it.

I was getting ready to order a 3.2" blower pulley from ASP. Wonder if I should wait?
