Default Time to change the clutch

Hello everyone ,

Its time to do a culutch upgarde in my car , went to the track yesterday and the clutch burned at the second run.

anyways here is my plan;

1-spec stage 3
2-mcloed slave cylinder
3-GM 2001+ master cylinder.

I am thinking also to get a aluminium flywheel but I dont know if it is worth it over the steel one.

Ya another thing , I have saw on one of the sponsors web site a stage 3.5(sometimes stage3+) and there is no any discription on them.

any comments? advise will be apreciated

Thanks!

Default

you've got 2&3 mixed up.

2.Mcleod doesn't make an adjustable slave, it's the master.
3.The slave is the cylinder that needs upgraded and should be replaced with any clutch install.

The spec 3 pads are a carbon/ceramic combination using a 6 puck design, the 3+ are a full faced design using carbon metallic. The plus option is suppossed to give you more holding capacity than the spec4 while providing better manageability & wear characteristics than the stage 3.
