Default looks like we have ANOTHER 8 second LS1 in Texas!

Just got a phone call from one of my friends. Rumor has it some young skinny white dude in a silver Z28 ran an 8 second pass at HRP tonight on a 1.40 60 ft. He was out there just making some easy shakedown runs and clicked off an easy 8. I wonder who this could be?

What is sweet is that this was his first pass on the nitrous. Earlier in the evening he did a motor pass to feel the suspension setup. That car was MOVING past the 1/8 mile.

Congrats Chris!

Here you go!

This is an older picture of the engine bay. I understand that the car has been changed up quite a bit since then but I do believe the Nitrous system has stayed the same.

Thats right Nick.. The engine bay is slightly different from that, (Cleaner) But the engine itself remains the same. (Who would ditch that baller *** N20 install?)

HA!....you guys should see a picture of the Icon Formula's engine bay. Very similar nitrous set up as Chris' only on a sheetmetal intake. It is challenging when you try to keep an install "clean" and at the same time "functional". I guess these two have functioned very well!

Big respect to the tuners as well that have tuned these two cars!
