The car is my 99 C5 Corvette , Here's some details ,
Well , It was another great day at the track , set another new best ET and MPH .
60FT 1.534
1/8 Mile 6.155 at 118.68
1/4 9.446 at 148.79

The car was making between 13-14lbs of boost throughout all my runs today and I was hitting the rev limiter just before the end of the 1/4 on most of my runs (time for a taller tire or less gear) . I was extremely happy with the car today , and had a blast hanging out with all the other guys and their fast cars . I once again drove it to and from the track in my street trim with just an air pressure change to the drag radials , I just got in from the track , stopped at the mall and went to watch my high school alma mater in the NJ State football playoofs on the way home .

Another huge thanks to Cartek and Rodney at RPM Transmissions( I will make a seperate post regarding this) , my trans went bad in the beginning of the week , and these guys pulled through for me big time .

Julio from Cartek should have the timeslip and video up by tomorrow .

Nice going Stealth.

The car is running smoooooth....

A little work on the 60', some new rear gears for the big end and watch out!

Bam... 9.20 150+ on Drag Radials.

(It will even improve your fuel mileage when driving it on the street. )

That's the plan ! I want to drop down in gear , turn up the boost a few more pounds , and have Cartek re-tune it , when they get back from PRI . Thanks for your help on Friday .

No problem, helping out is part of the camaraderie.

You mean when WE get back from PRI.
I am driving down with Mike in his ZO6.
It should be good and I will get more insight on what is to come.

You should fly down to Orlando and meet us for the weekend?

Sweet.. congrats big time. Rodney is the best too man. He had man junk turned out in like 1-2 days, it was insane. What's cool is that is his normal operation. He wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. As soon a I got it mailed out, he was like it's going back out tomorrow.. I was like jeeze. Thing still runs today.. 2 years later in somebody elses car behind a stroker.

Peace,
Josh

Wowza! That car is flat out flying.. and a street car as well!

What kind of mpg are you getting driving on the highway?

Are you at about the limit of the T-76?

Thanks for the props guys . I believe it is the quickest/fastest rear mount turbo car that I am aware of .

It gets over 20 miles to the gallon on the highway , when I'm not boosting it up , which is hard to do .

The car is making between 13-14lbs of boost , I do plan to have Cartek turn up the boost and re-tune it on C-16 , and see what it runs , I don't think the Precision GTS-76 is maxed out yet , but there is an upgrade to a GTS-80 available .
Here's a pic of my car from last Friday .

Converter is a Precision multi disk , I lock it in third , race weight is 3400+ lbs , depending on traction , if it won't hook , I add weight .
