Default 99 to 02 TB

Im about to purchase a ported tb from an 02 f-body, my car is a 99 and the tb is different will I be able to bolt it up with no issues ? And can I swap out the cams on the tb's put my 99 tb cam on an 02 tb?

Just switch the throttle shafts out and you should be good to go.

Ran into the same problem 2 days ago. you will be stuck at half throttle if you dont.

So just the shaft has to be swapped. How hard is it to remove if the bolts holding the shaft to the blade have been grounded down?

It easy just remove the 2 star bolts holding the blade and the throttle position sensor then just tap the end of the shaft and it will come out carful not to loose the lock ring holiong the shaft on.BTW id be intrested in buying your stock one let me know....

can the blade also be switched out? The reason I ask is because the ported one had the blade drilled out for a better idle.
