I have a friend that works in the tech center and he says they can't get the gears to break, they break axles and diff's but the gears hold up better than the aftermarkets. As for the Motive gears, they are either made in Indonesia or Italy.
P.S. I work there full time at AAM, in the H3 and SSR axle plant. If you have any questions just ask away.

I use them all the time also. Never have had a problem getting a nice pattern on them and of course they are always quiet.
I think MZOOMORA would have some good things to say about them also.

No, they won't sell to anyone. DTS stocks them.

just got through doing some gear wear testing for vinci. the gears were AAM gears. just did 4 gear swaps in 2,223 miles. these will be displayed at PRI. the final set in the wife's car is 3.73 AAM gears. nice and quiet so far. only have 15 miles on them.
