Default anyone used spares for front runners??

ive got two spares id like to use for skinnies. is this safe?? ijust dont want to run stock wheels up front and was wondering if i could shed some weight off this way. just temporary till i get some bogarts or something.

definitly not safe...and they are only rated to like 50MPH

ever feel how heavy they are, definatly wont be loosing much weight compared that to a real skinny.

That's what I was thinking. They aren't much lighter and are only rated for like 50 mph.

If you found some real tires that would fit the rims you might be OK. Not sure what's out there for super skinny 16" tires. I was thinkin motorcycle tires but they're not gonna hold the weight of a full body car. T buckets and such can get away with cycle tires on the front skinnies. I actually think I saw some clown at the drag strip with space savers on the front. I think it was a beater G body car.

I just read the warning on the space saver the other day. The 50mph speed limit is if you are using the tire on the rear of the car. It plainly states that if used on the front the speed limit does not apply. I think with a good tire that fits it would be fine. I wouldn't do it though

what about the new gto spare tire and rims

they are 17" alloy rims painted balck and they look cool also

it would definaly fit around the breaks without grinding haha

GTO's are technically the wrong bolt pattern. 5x120mm not 5x120.6mm

oh there the bmw bolt patern

well i know they will fit and i dont really so some much of a problem aslong as your not driving on it every day
