Thumbs up Performance Racing Industry 2005 Photos!

Here are all the photos that I took in the past three days while attending the PRI (Performance Racing Industry) convention in Orlando. There was a TON of LS1 related stuff this year, the industry loves this little GM engine. Even in the machinery section of the show, almost every piece of equipment had LS1 related parts jigged up on them.

Tons of new Gen III/IV parts!

Cool Tony,

Any really hot items that stood out at the show, that we might be seeing in the market place in the near future?

That BDS 871 blower is ready to sell right now. Imagine rolling up with that bad **** sticking out of your hood! They claim the unit is good for up to 22 psi boost.

I like the Edelbrock carb-style intake that they now sell with the fuel rails and injector holes drilled already. The Wilson billet/sheetmetal intake looks damn good, and costs less than a full sheetmetal intake ($2900 retail). There were several new LS1 head castings at the show, alot of promise there! Most of them except for the Warhawk stuff looked like they were production ready.

Wheel2Wheel's twin mini-supercharger setup has already made 900 crank HP on the engine dyno. Thats some nice packaging!

I heard Goodyear was gonna be making DRs for next year. I would like to see how they compare to the MT ET Street Radials.

I wish I could of been there this year. I'm just outside of Indy, so it was a lot easier, but awesome pics, looks to be a lot of good stuff coming out still. Maybe next year I will make it.
