Default Who's still driving their F-body?

Mine is tucked away in the garage. I have taken it out through the winter before on nice days, but I don't think I will this year.

mine's tucked safly away. there were two car's here identical to mine. one was sold. the seconded one just had a head on collision today with a tahoe. my sister called me right after it happened cause it's one my way home from work just to make sure it wasn't me. the guy was cut out of the car also pretty bad wreck.

Mines rotting away outside in this snow...although it's not registered, for some reason my garage is full of wood so I have no choice but to leave it out. Not to mention mice ate holes in my cover so its basically useless.

You guys that drive them year round are crazy... I couldn't do that. Both of my cars are stashed away until spring... I did it one year when I was in highschool... Never again

How come there are such mixed opinions? Why do some say that fbods aren't all that bad in the snow...everything considered, while others think its crazy to drive one year around in the snow and ice? Reason I ask is because I've been looking for a fbod for well over a year and now have enough money and have found a few good deals. Driveability in the snow and ice is the main issue which is holding me back. FYI: I would be going from a 00 grand cherokee to a fbod...

This morning I drove 2 miles to work... the road ad 3" of snow on them... and if you've ever been to VT you know it's not exactly flat... lots of hils and curves and a lazy road crew.... I'll stick to 4wd.... can you put good tires on an f-body and make it... Yes. But for me atleast it's not worth it

some people dont have the money to have 2 or 3 or 4 cars.. RWD cars are really not bad in the snow if you put snow tires on..

When I was in highschool I drove a $5000 trans am.. and I had a $750 pos that got me around in the winter... You don't have to have alot of money, you just have to decide where you want to put your money... but anyone driving a $10-15-20K+ car can afford a beater to get them around in the winter if they choose to budget for it...

On nice days, they both come out. I'd go crazy not driving the car for months.
Thankfully I'm provided a truck for work so DD isn't an issue.

Mine is in the garage still dirty from the last time I drove it. Its been too cold to wash it, I figured I would use some instant detailer on it. Other then starting it up every other week so the battery won't die and driving it on days when there is no salt on the roads, its not going to move.
