What mods do you have? That magic stick cam is a big cam. I have a Comp Cam with almost the same specs as the F14 (232/234 .595/.598 112lsa) and I love it. Check my site for specs, dynosheet, and a sound clip. You will be happy with it

If you are an auto, what stall do you have? What kind of rear gears are you running? Is your car a daily driver?

Search button is handy. Attached link is MS3 vs. F15, but it pretty much applies.

f14 is a smaller cam and produces very similar peak numbers as the ms3. i have not compared the 2 under the curve...that might be the deciding factor? i would presume that the ms3 has better under the curve power with regard to its duration and lsa differences. i think the ms3 would sound better at idle.

i like how people are concerned so much with the sound...when i wanted a cam i started with ETs & trap speeds and worked backwards.

That's pretty accurate! The MS3 sure sounds mean!

Our Torquer v. 2 is a 232/234 duration, and it will normally make a solid 10 RWHP less than our MS3 camshaft. The Torquer v. 2 will have a slight amount more of low-end power vs. the MS3, but it's all about how much power you want and where you want it. If low-end power is more of a concern, then the Torquer v. 2 would be a better choice. However, if you are looking for best horsepower the MS3 will be your best choice. FYI, on average, the MS3 will add 60-65 RWHP with all of the bolt-ons in place and stock heads. We have a sale on all of our camshafts through December 26th for $359.99 + shipping.

Yeah but the power is awesome too. You know I dont want to talk to my girl when the exhaust is open.... What?! What you say?! Nah but really do not base your decision on sound. Look at numbers. Trevor and Jon at TSP are cool cats that will tell you what fits you best.

Crap, It was only two years ago when 30-40 RWHP of a cam was the norm !

That car will shake rattle and shake more at a stop light with a .600 + life cam !!

I know what you mean, I'm running the same with B&B and a cutout.

You got the right gearing and springs for whichever cam, whether it be the MS3, Torquer, or F14. Just study up on some charts, numbers, and times. Like 6spdpewterZ said, talk to Jon or Trevor, and Futral about some setups and choose whatever you feel would be best for your setup.

The TSP cam will drop the DCR some, since it closes the intake 3.5 degrees later. All else being equal, it would work better with a higher SCR.
