Default Price for gear install?

Hey guys I was wondering what the standard price for install of 3.73 gears would run?

Im pretty sure I would screw something up if I tried it on my own, let me know. thanks.

I know of a reputable shop in SC that will do it for 190-200. So, I would expect 200-250 in labor.

I hope LS1Speed answers. I'mthinking about taking my car to them for some 4.10s, a girdle, and some lowers.

$400+fluids for everything including recalibrating the speedo? That's a damn good price. Too bad you are about 5.5 hours from me.

I've paided $250-$350 for install plus parts. It just depends on what you break or have replaced. Some shop's will make you buy a install kit even though they have shim laying around from other rebuilts. So due a little research when you get this done, aka if the shop doesn't have shims them maybe they haven't done to many rear setups.

Yea, I'm looking into getting some engine work and I'm planning on taking it to Exotic Perf. I've had a few friends that took their cars up their and they were real happy with the work and it was all reasonably priced work too. It's about 4-5 hours from me but I'll work the time out.
