MTI S2R 5.7 heads/226 cam results
Well, I installed my MTI S2R heads, 226/226 .569/.569 114 cam, Hooker longtubes and ORY, and a cutout on my 02 SS. Car made 390 rwhp and 381 rwt throught the cutout and the stock 3.42 rear. Do these numbers seem a little low? I do not have a pulley, t-body, lid, maf, intake or tuning yet. basically no boltons or tuning. A/F looked good.
thanks
Ezra

I agree... 20-30 rwhp still sitting on the table...
get the TB, pulley, and tuning then dyno again.

Easy 20rwhp on table with a good tune, PTB and ASP.
I did not see where you where still running the stock lid! A $90 SLP lid will more than likely net you 400rwhp.

Your numbers are pretty good considering you lack of supporting mods. You're probably leaving 40+ rwhp on the table without the lid, ported TB, UD pulley, and tune. When you do add those mods leave the stock MAF alone.
