BG Ram Air???
I was looking on Speedinc.com and found something interesting on there. Its from BG Ram Air. It comes from the nostils on the WS6 hood back through eliminating the baffles. Then gaps between the hood and the airbox so its a direct airflow into your intake. "Eliminating the warm air that comes from your engine bay" Anyways, I looked around a couple places and neither www.speedinc.com or www.afterthoughtsauto.com have it. Supposidly it isnt in production anymore? Anyone have this, seen it, thoughts on it, or info on why it isnt for sale anymore or a place to pick one up? Seems like it could be a good peice to pick up. Thanks for some info.

Incase anyone else wants to check it out.

Yep, the BG kit was great but it's over now.
Brian Greene was a great guy that built a great product. Too bad he stopped. I had his kit on my WS6, it lowered my average air intake temps by about 30-40 degrees.

I made my own in about an hour for about $10.

I got the materials at home depot, did a little measuring, and used a hand held riveter to fasten it all together. I also removed the baffles from the nostils for direct flow. I have a microsoft word file that outlines creating the box which can help you get an idea as to how to construct it. I got the file from another member of this board and I can e-mail it to you if you want.

So Im guessing since they were so good and in demand that noone would be selling on around huh? This sucks. Hearing how good of a kit it is really makes me want it lol.
If you want to send me that set-up my email is FBodyPerformer@Gmail.com
Would appreciate it. Hope that home made kit works as well as the GB kit. Thanks for all the replies on it!

I dont think ill be finding one anywhere thats for sale. They are pretty wanted but well see. I dont really like that volant air intake just because I like having the lid and dont like those 2 cone filters. Hopefully I can find a BG, make one or just do the volant
If anyone sees one for sale anywhere PLEASE keep me in mind and let me know. Thanks

PS. I just did a quick search on e-bay for BG ram air and there was 0 returns.....but I'd say to keep an eye on that plus this site. Those are probably the two most likely places to find it used.

I have the dual cone Volant on my TA, sealed it tight to the underside of teh hood with AC foam, ghetto I know I know, and my hood is debaffled. It's a straight shot of outside air into the Volant, you can see teh cones throught the nostrils.
