Nick Williams TB question
Hey guys I am running my LS1 in a RX7 and I need a hair more clearance on the leading edge of the TB.
There looks to be a lot of "meat" to take down but I dont want to get into anything important and screw up my TB.
Anyone have any idea how much I can safely take off the flat top part of the TB and also how much off the top leading edge. ie the top 90degree corner.
I do Not mean the actual opening where the air flows into the motor but rather the top square section that the IAC mounts to.
Thanks

Post a picture of where you need to cut and I will tell you how much room you have to cut. Or you can email it to nickw_61@yahoo.com

Nick
I have drawn a red area around the portion I need to cut. I would like to get as close to the IAC as possible.
I think my biggest concerns are the top center bolt in the TB and also if there is anything in the area I may get into.

The only thing you may get into is the bolt hole. That won't affect anything but how it looks. You really don't even have use the top bolt if you just wanted to fill it in somehow.
