The ATI super damper is probably the best as far as dampening goes, but it is only available up to a 10% underdrive. The March fluid filled damper isn't very far behind in dampening ability and when you consider that the fluid is not rotational weight, is also pretty light. The SLP/Powerbond has tall walls to help prevent thrown belts. The ASP is probably the lightest out of the bunch, but is not known for it dampening ability. It's your decision, but I tend to lean towards the March damper as the best all around underdrive damper IMO.

I think BackinBlack02SS pretty much summed it up. I'm very happy with the March pulley on my car.

Had the March pulley on my previous car and I liked it. I will go with it again on this car as well.

I like the Powerbond/SLP because the walls are higher and virtually eliminates any chance of the belt walking/throwing.

I have had my March on since 14K and had no issues with throwing belts...I am now at 26K.

That's good.

I have a question. The March is only available in 10% underdrive, yet most others are 25%. What gives?

My March pulley is 25% underdriven. The ATI is 10%.

March is 25% as stated above. And if it is seated right, there is no need for higher walls because the belt shouldn't fly off anyways.
